Apply directly to the scalp on damp or dry hair (in the morning or evening) and massage in to help it absorb better. Do not rinse.
Energizing Maintenance Treatment: We recommend using the tonic 4 times a week for at least 8 weeks.
To maintain optimal conditions for scalps with dandruff or excess sebum: We recommend using the tonic 3 times a week for at least 4 weeks.
