GANT GANT 1949

GANT 1949 Hair & Body Shampoo provides long-lasting freshness and deep cleansing for both body and hair. Even after showering, the unique fragrance—a fusion of fresh notes and a modern leather accord—lingers on the skin, transforming GANT’s innovative spirit and passion into an olfactory experience. The GANT 1949 Hair & Body Shampoo isn’t just a highlight at home—it’s also the perfect companion in any gym bag! The top notes blend zesty bergamot and fresh lemon with a fruity hint of apple. The warm aroma of Cistus Labdanum, together with cedarwood and spicy cinnamon bark, leads into a seductive heart note. In the base, patchouli, amber-scented woods, musk, and a sensual, modern leather accord—evoking the supple feel of the iconic Varsity Jacket—perfectly round out the fragrance. The inspiration for the tube and packaging is the highlight of GANT’s “75 Year Capsule” collection: the iconic brown leather varsity jacket. The centerpiece of this fashion piece is the G-patch on the chest, which originally stood for pride and outstanding athletic achievement at the Ivy League universities of the American East Coast. Today, it represents the first letter of the brand: G for GANT!
