Start with a pea-sized amount and distribute it through the mid-lengths and ends of roughly towel-dried hair. Pay particular attention to the most damaged areas. Apply more for thicker or more damaged hair. For best results, blow-dry the hair into the desired shape. Hair can also be left to air dry. Reapply at least every third shampoo.
