Philip Kingsley Flaky Itchy Scalp Toner 

This toner for flaky/itchy scalps is packed with soothing ingredients: antimicrobial piroctone olamine and cooling camphor rid the scalp of stubborn dandruff and dead skin cells while relieving dryness and irritation. Our gentle, cooling formula instantly refreshes and soothes the scalp while restoring the balance of the scalp’s microflora.

Aqua/Water/Eau, Denatured Alcohol, Camphor, Polysorbate 20, Piroctone Olamine, Benzalkonium Chloride.

Start with the shampoo for flaky/itchy scalp, followed by the appropriate Philip Kingsley conditioner. Lightly towel dry the hair and apply to the scalp in 3 cm (1'') sections using the nozzle. Distribute with fingertips. Do not rinse. Comb through and style. Repeat as often as necessary.
