Here’s how the hair straightener works:
1. Turn on the straightener by holding down the power button for 2–3 seconds.
2. Set the desired temperature by pressing the power button.
3. The indicator light flashes while the device is heating up. Once the desired temperature is reached, the light stops flashing.
4. The device is now ready for use. It automatically turns off after 60 minutes.
Choose your technique
Straight hair
Divide your hair into sections and start at the bottom, working your way up. Spray your hair with a heat protectant. Take a strand of hair and place the straightener near the roots, then slowly glide it down toward the crown of your head. Repeat the process if necessary. Work through the entire head of hair in the same way and finish with hair oil for extra shine and hairspray for hold.
Tip! Turn the flat iron slightly toward or away from you as you approach the ends. This adds volume and creates an extra-smooth finish.
Classic Curls
Divide your hair into sections, starting at the bottom and working your way up. Spray your hair with a heat protectant. Take a strand and place the flat iron near the roots. Rotate the flat iron halfway (180°) away from your face and slowly pull it down. The slower you pull, the tighter the curls will be. Work through the entire head of hair in the same way, then let it cool. Next, comb out the curls with your fingers or a wide-tooth comb and set them with hairspray.
Beach Waves
Divide your hair into sections and start at the bottom, working your way up. Spray your hair with a heat protectant. Take a strand and place the flat iron horizontally near the hairline. Rotate the flat iron 90° toward the part and slowly pull it down a few centimeters. Then rotate the flat iron 180° in the opposite direction (i.e., away from your head) and slowly pull it down a few centimeters. Now turn the straightener back toward your head and slowly pull it down. Repeat the motion all the way to the ends. Work through the entire length of your hair in the same way, then let it cool. Comb through the waves or leave them as they are and set them with hairspray.
