How do you achieve the perfect eyeliner? You don’t have to draw the line in one continuous stroke: You can start by drawing individual dots along the lash line and then connect them. Or, you can start by drawing half the line from the center of the eyelid outward and then draw the second half from the inner corner toward the center. The eyeliner will stay on especially well if you’ve primed your eyelid with eyeshadow or powder first.
