PRO TIP: Work quickly, one eye at a time—the Tattoo Pencil Liner dries fast, so you can apply it and forget about it. MISSED THE SPOT? Place a tissue on a flat surface, then twist and turn the pencil to shape the tip for greater precision. LINE IT—Glide the pencil along the lash line and/or the waterline. For a softer look, you can gently smudge the line with a small, dense brush or your finger. LIQUID SMOKE—Use the Tattoo Liner in TROOPER BLACK to create a lash line along the upper lash line, then quickly smudge the lower lash line and waterline with the Tattoo Pencil Liner. TIGHTLINE—After blending with the Tattoo Liner, use the Tattoo Pencil Liner in TROOPER BLACK to fill in any gaps in the upper waterline to achieve a seamless look.
