#Step 1 Lifting Lotion: Purified Water, Ethanolamine, Thioglycolic Acid, 1-Hexadecanol, Polyquaternium-28, Steartrimonium Chloride, C12-15 Pareth-10, Glycerin, Urea#Step 2 Fixer: Purified Water, Hydrogen Peroxide, Cetearyl Alcohol, Propylene Glycol/Propanediol, Ceteareth-20, Sunflower Seed Oil, Brow Glue: Polyacrylate, Deionized Water, Ethanol, Benzoic Acid.

1. Remove your makeup and clean your eyebrows with an oil-free makeup remover to degrease them.

2. Apply a small amount of adhesive (bottle labeled “Glue”) using the applicator. Wait 25–50 seconds.

3. Use the brush to apply the lifting formula (bottle labeled “Step 1”). Start at the inner part of the eyebrow and shape the hairs in the desired direction. Let the product sit for 5–8 minutes, depending on the hair’s texture and thickness. Remove the product with a dry cotton pad.

4. Using the brush, apply the final product (bottle labeled Step 2) while continuing to style and shape your eyebrows. Let the product sit for 5–8 minutes and remove it with the damp cotton pad. Then brush your eyebrows. Done!
