Rom&nd See-Through Veillighter

Rom&nd See-Through Veillighter is a gorgeous powder highlighter that lets you create everything from a natural glow to a dramatic shimmer — it forms a “glass-like, shimmering film” on the face and effortlessly creates the stunning glass-skin effect!

The highlighter’s formula is extremely lightweight, finely milled, and applies smoothly, so it looks natural and airy on the skin without you having to worry about fallout or an uneven finish. The fine glitter particles blend seamlessly with the skin without emphasizing texture or pores, even when layered.
