Klimt, founder and president of the revolutionary Vienna Secession, chose Athena as the symbol of this movement. According to mythology, Athena sprang fully armed from the spirit of Zeus, her battle cry echoing across Mount Olympus. On her aegis rests the golden head of Medusa, a powerful symbol of protection. In her hand she holds the "Nuda Veritas", the naked truth, while in the background Hercules is depicted in battle with Triton.
This fragrance captures the essence of Athena in olfactory form and combines strength, elegance and irresistible femininity. The composition opens with the freshness of bergamot, grapefruit, red berries and pink pepper. A floral bouquet of peony, hyacinth, violet and rose petals unfolds in the heart. The base reveals a seductive blend of iris, Mysore sandalwood, vetiver, patchouli and vanilla and ensures a radiant, sensual finish.
