Primavera Lemongrass Bio

Lemongrass essential oil (Cymbopogon flexuosus) brings us a fresh, fruity breeze from faraway lands. When used in an aroma diffuser, lemongrass oil is ideal for refreshing yourself during a strenuous, mentally demanding workday. It clears the mind without overstimulating it. It promotes creativity and logical thinking, dispels lethargy, and boosts motivation. The lemony scent also helps with stress and restlessness, providing a calming and mentally refreshing effect. An important feature is its ability to produce different effects: Depending on the dosage, lemongrass essential oil can be either calming (1–3 drops) or mentally stimulating (4–6 drops). The essential oil is not particularly popular with insects and can help repel these pests. Lemongrass’s intense disinfecting properties make it useful for skin care, though careful dosing is recommended to avoid skin irritation.
