Use gentle, slow stroking motions without applying pressure to the roller, since the lymph is located directly beneath the skin's epidermal layer.

Repeat each stroke 7 times:

- Neck: from the earlobes to the collarbones.
- Jawline: from the chin to the ears and down to the collarbones.
- Cheeks: from the sides of the nose to the ears and down to the collarbones.
- Eye area: from the inner corners of the eyes to the temples and down to the collarbones
.- Eyebrows: from the heads of the eyebrows to the temples and down to the collarbones
