1. Your skin should be clean and dry. Place the FAQ™ 221 LED mask on the back of your hand. Secure it to your wrist with the chain. 2. Press the universal button to turn on the mask. Press the button again briefly to cycle through the LED colors. You can access pre-programmed treatments and additional settings via the FAQ™ Swiss app. Download the app to do so. 3. Enjoy the LED treatment for up to 15 minutes. Then repeat the treatment on the other hand. To turn off the mask, press and hold the universal button for 3 seconds.
