Step 1: Clean it
Proper preparation is the holy grail of self-tanning. The short version is: clean, exfoliate, and dry your skin.

Step 2: Apply it
Apply the tanning lotion evenly using our glove in circular motions. Apply the lotion sparingly to elbows, knees, and ankles. Wash your hands thoroughly after application.

Step 3: Let it set & take it off
Leave on for a maximum of 8 hours, then rinse off with lukewarm water in the shower.
