Apply evenly to the face and body at least 30 minutes before sun exposure, avoiding the eye area. Reapply frequently to maintain protection. This is especially important when sweating or after swimming and drying off. To achieve the specified sun protection factor, sunscreen products must be applied at a rate of 2 mg per cm² of skin. This amount is equivalent to approximately six teaspoons (about 36 grams) for the body of an average adult.
