MANTLE The Bare Balm Day-Dissolving Cleansing Balm

"Bare Balm" is a cleansing balm that transforms into a cleansing milk and is enriched with fermented honey, oat oil, and chlorophyll. It effectively removes all traces of makeup, sunscreen, and daily impurities. The “Balm-to-Milk” formula melts upon contact with the skin and, when mixed with water, transforms into a cleansing milk that moisturizes, softens, and thoroughly cleanses the skin.
