APPLICATION: THE DEVICE CAN BE USED IN THE EYE AREA, BUT DO NOT APPLY DIRECTLY TO THE EYE OR EYELIDS. CAUTION: THE DEVICE MAY BECOME HOT DURING USE. ALWAYS CHECK THE TEMPERATURE ON THE BACK OF YOUR HAND BEFORE USING THE DEVICE ON YOUR FACE OR BODY TO AVOID DISCOMFORT OR INJURY. TO AVOID DISCOMFORT, ALWAYS KEEP THE DEVICE MOVING OVER THE SKIN. FOR BEST RESULTS, ALLOW A 15-30 MINUTE REST PERIOD BETWEEN EACH APPLICATION TO ALLOW THE DEVICE TO COOL COMPLETELY. IN HOT WEATHER OR DURING PROLONGED USE, THE DEVICE MAY NOT COOL AS EFFECTIVELY. THE BLUE LED FLASHES WHEN THE APPLIANCE IS OVERHEATED; ALLOW IT TO COOL DOWN FOR 10 - 20 MINUTES BEFORE TRYING AGAIN.
