PERFORM A LIGHT SENSITIVITY TEST BEFORE FIRST USE. TEST YOUR LIGHT SENSITIVITY ON YOUR ARM BEFORE USING THE DEVICE ON YOUR HEAD: PRESS THE ON/OFF BUTTON. PLACE THE DEVICE ON YOUR ARM AND PERFORM A 5-MINUTE SESSION. TURN OFF THE DEVICE AFTER 5 MINUTES. VISUALLY INSPECT THE AREA. THE AREA MAY TURN RED AT FIRST DUE TO THE HEAT ON YOUR SKIN. HOWEVER, IF THE REDNESS OR DISCOLORATION LAST MORE THAN 2 HOURS, YOUR SKIN MAY BE SENSITIVE TO LIGHT. SEEK MEDICAL ADVICE BEFORE DECIDING HOW BEST TO USE THIS DEVICE ON YOUR SKIN. MAKE SURE YOUR SKIN AND HAIRLINE ARE CLEAN, DRY, AND FREE OF ANY PRODUCTS. PLACE THE DEVICE AROUND YOUR HEAD SO THAT THE BOTTOM EDGE RUNS ALONG YOUR HAIRLINE OR AT THE BACK OF YOUR HEAD. PRESS AND HOLD THE ON/OFF BUTTON TO START A 10-MINUTE SESSION. FOR BEST RESULTS, USE ONCE A DAY PER AREA.
