Gua Sha for the Body
Always use a body oil or lubricating lotion to help the Gua Sha glide over the body. Hold the Gua Sha flat against the skin at an angle of 15–30°. Move the tool upward and repeat each stroke 6 to 8 times.
We do not recommend doing this in a back-and-forth motion. Use as often as desired.
Gua Sha for the Face
Always use a facial oil, serum, or smooth lotion to help the Gua Sha glide over your face. Hold the Gua Sha flat against the skin at a 15–30° angle. Start in the center of your face and glide in one direction. Glide upward, not back and forth. Use as often as desired.
